There are a number of programs that you and your family can take advantage of as a Keystone First Community HealthChoices Participant. Learn more about our programs and how you can become a part of them.

Health programs

• Special health programs - Care management
  These special programs are designed for Keystone First Community HealthChoices Participants who have specific conditions. Please go to our care coordination page to see what programs we offer and how to join.
• Quit smoking
  Keystone First Community HealthChoices's tobacco cessation program helps Participants quit smoking or using other tobacco products.
• Pregnancy program- Bright Start®
  Keystone First Community HealthChoices has a special program for pregnant Participants called Bright Start®. We want to help you have a healthy pregnancy.
